Everybody loves getting a perk. Recognition is pretty nice, too. So we get why the following programs may get you really excited about becoming a CDW coworker.

  • Discounted Product Purchases: Purchase any of the products we sell at discounted prices (for use by coworkers or their immediate families only). New coworkers also receive $100 off their first computer purchase. All coworkers have the option to pay for certain purchases through payroll deduction.

  • Discount Programs: Coworkers can also take advantage of discounted pricing for a variety of products and services not sold at CDW through PerkSpot.

  • Tuition Reimbursement: Receive reimbursement up to 100% (for grades "A" and "B"), and 50% (for grade "C"), up to $8,000 each calendar year, at post-secondary institutions for job-related undergraduate and graduate degree-related courses taken by a coworker. Annual maximums apply.

  • Commuter Program: Save up to 40% of your transit costs through the Transit Benefit Program. Order commuter check vouchers online, receive them by mail and use them to purchase tickets, tokens or passes wherever you normally buy transit fare.

  • Credit Union: Members are eligible for lower loan rates and higher deposit rates with payroll deduction. Onsite ATM at our Illinois locations.

  • Dry-Cleaning Drop-Off: Drop off and pick up your dry-cleaning at CDW.

  • Community Involvement: CDW is proud to be a company recognized as a good corporate citizen. Through CDW's Matching Charitable Gifts Program, the company allows coworkers to participate in directing our corporate contributions. CDW also encourages all coworkers to be involved by sponsoring a community service paid day off each year.

  • Annual Events: Department parties and celebrations and various events like Coworker Appreciation Day are celebrated annually.

  • Full-Service Coffee Bar: Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day long from our full-service coffee bars.

  • Sports Team Sponsorships: CDW will sponsor your sports team (up to $250), provided every team member is a current CDW coworker.

  • Celebrating Service: Recognizes coworker loyalty and long-term commitment to CDW. The program begins with a service plaque on your three-year anniversary and continues to recognize service milestones at each five-year anniversary. Beginning with your five-year anniversary, you will select a premium gift from a variety of choices.

  • Coworker of the Month: Recognizes coworkers across CDW who are team players that go above and beyond their job responsibilities to help fellow coworkers, vendors and customers. Winners receive a cash award, paid day off, company-paid trip, recognition plaque and qualification to win Coworker of the Year.

  • Coworker of the Year: The 12 Coworkers of the Month meet to celebrate the honor of going above and beyond the normal job scope, and exemplifying CDW's values. These 12 individuals then choose one among themselves to be recognized company-wide as the Coworker of the Year.
