The Cisco Customer Success Manager is responsible for creating and fostering cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help customers achieve their business outcomes.    This role will focus on enabling our customers’ success with Cisco solutions.  

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the complete Cisco customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.   Perform active account management through each stage of the customer lifecycle
  • Analyze customers’ Cisco environment and needs, and make recommendations to increase adoption and share best practices
  • Provide training and consultation to customers, to include leading video training calls     
  • Collaborate internally with Sales and broader cross-functional groups within Sirius to drive continuous improvement and provide an outstanding customer experience 
  • Partner internally to reduce churn, improve renewal likelihood, and increase customer satisfaction through our tried and tested adoption methodology
  • Participate in campaigns, projects, and initiatives to ensure customers’ successful implementation of Cisco solutions    
  • Meet pre-defined metrics around revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell and deep Cisco product adoption

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field 
  • Minimum three (3) years experience working with Cisco customers in a Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Technical, Operations, or similar role   

Other Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Cisco product knowledge, including knowledge of Cisco Enterprise Agreements
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and account management skills 
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use a consultative approach when working with customers, and influence customer decisions 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with field Sales teams, and influence the Cisco sales process 
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and lead change within Sirius Computer Solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment to meet evolving business requirements
  • Entrepreneurial approach to business and the ability to establish a holistic view as it relates to the motions driven out of Customer Success

Preferred Qualifications:       

  • Prior experience working with Cisco customers in an Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Experience with Cisco Lifecycle Advisor and Lifecycle Incentives programs    
  • Cisco sales and/or technical certifications
