Position responsibilities include maintaining contract product list and pricing. Prepare contract modifications and reports. Assist Account Managers with quotes. Work with Purchasing to ensure contract costs are updated for product rebates. Coordinate completion and response to RFQ’s and Orders received via Gov’t website.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Update the contract database and communicate changes within the company
- Prepare and distribute reports
- Review order configuration and resolve issues
- Prepare contract deliverable reports
- Monitors and ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Assists in the preparation of contract modifications for price reductions, addition of product, discontinuance of product, product replacements and version changes
Responsibilities
- Works through other CDW/CDW-G departments to resolve issues and support the sales effort
- Assist Account Managers with quotes when necessary

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of office work experience

2 years contract experience or relevant knowledge of CDW’s internal reporting tools and practices and have the skillsets to perform the key functions of the role
Other Required Qualifications

Knowledge of how to extract and analyze contract data

Proficient in Excel and Word

Proficient in MS Access and other database
