Experienced Associate Project Manager with two plus years of relevant experience with a track record of successful coordination and support of multiple projects.  Demonstrates ability to lead and communicate amongst cross-functional project teams to achieve on-time task and project completion.  Professional, flexible and service-oriented offering the ability to organize, prioritize and work in collaboration as well as independently.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:                    

• Independently manage projects adhering to Associate Project Management lifecycle
• Confirm project resource(s)
• Facilitate project meetings to include project stakeholders and validate project scope and schedule
• Monitor, interpret and communicate project budget
• Ensure time, expenses and invoices are accurately tracked and approved against the project 
• Ensure scope defined in Statement of Work is delivered
• Document, track and communicate project issues and assist in issue resolution
• Manage equipment, software, licensing, third-party services procurement and delivery schedules
• Facilitate project closure process 
• Collaborate and assist Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Program Managers on larger scoped projects

• Establishes trust by building relationships with the project team
• Identifies difficult situations and escalates to proper team members

Communication

• Regularly provide all project facets to the appropriate project team members
• Facilitates Associate Project Management lifecycle to provide project consistency
