The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership and set a competitive advantage example to a Services Operations team which includes overseeing the daily workflow within the assigned Services Operations Team and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all Services Operations tasks. This position will also resolve order issues, service as an information resource for the department team members, and assist in developing departmental procedures and performance measurements.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures all members of the assigned Centralized Staffing Team are performing daily tasks in an accurate, timely, and knowledgeable fashion
  • Controls accuracy and timeliness of transactions completed by Centralized Staffing Advisors in respect to order processing and compliance
  • Mentors and trains Centralized Staffing Advisors on tools along with processes and procedures
  • Conducts employee performance appraisals, approves leave and overtime, and provides input on all hiring and disciplinary actions
  • Handles escalated technical issues within the assigned Centralized Staffing Team
  • Develops and manages relationships with Subcontractors, Vendors, Sales, Services, Services Operations and Centralized Staffing Management teams, Contracts, and Accounting.
  • Informs Centralized Staffing Management Team of critical issues and gives recommendations for new and enhanced processes
  • Provides back-up support when Centralized Staffing Advisors are out and during busy, high-volume periods (i.e. end of quarters)
  • Completes various activity reports

Basic Qualifications – 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least five (5) years of business experience to include three (3) years in a Sales Support role in the computer industry
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Other Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales and procurement processes and related internal controls
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general business practices in the areas of sales cycles, customer service, accounting, pricing, purchasing, contracts, leasing, professional services, shipping, and billing
  • Demonstrated ability to address and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the computer/technical industry 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical information related to order processing
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a PSA application such as Financial Force
  • Experience with Vendor Management Tool, FieldGlass
  • Experience with vendor relationships

Other Position Requirements  

  • Experience with Service Operations 
  • Experience with current business trends of the maintenance market space and the channel environment
  • Experience in participating on a customer service team in a channel sales environment
  • Experience with sales cycles, customer service, accounting, pricing, purchasing, shipping, and billing
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
