As part of our energetic ServiceNow Solutions team, you will collaborate to provide best-in-class ServiceNow solutions, translate ideas visually to convey the CDW brand, and drive value across our organization—from sales through delivery.
What you will do:
Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of SNS Industry specific solutions. Work closely with customers, R&D, Delivery, Sales, and Innovation to ensure SNS Services are meeting the needs of a customer in a specific industry.
• Defines the industry as it fits within existing Services (industry terms, personas, specific processes and maturity levels, key challenges/outcomes)
• Consulted as a key stakeholder in service go-to-market and delivery capability definition
• Identifies repetitive customer use cases within industry
• Identifies SNS or partner delivery certifications necessary to pursue Industry solutions
• Participates as an area SME in CDW marketing content process
• Presents at approved marketing events and Knowledge conference
• Participates in early-stage Sales/creates credibility when Maturity Assessments/Roadmaps and Industry SKUs are involved
• Understands and coordinates industry feature demos
• Provides industry primer for standards and terminology
• Enables sales and presales teams on industry guidance
• Delivers Innovation service offerings for industry area
• Acts as executive sponsor for active project services and large managed services engagements within industry area
• Attends IKOM/CKOM
• Provides industry primer for standards and terminology
• Can participate in delivery within strategic accounts
• Aligns to SN verticals
• Develops regular cadence with ServiceNow partner solution consultant counterpart within industry
• Understands upcoming go-to-market changes and SNS practice impact with new ServiceNow Releases
• Understands ServiceNow NowCreate content with industry
• Identifies SNS or partner delivery certifications necessary to pursue Industry solutions
• Knows which customers are in their vertical
• Hosts semi-annual QBRs with strategic accounts or where we’ve done maturity assessments
• Hosts round-tables
• Brings them ideas of things they could be doing
• Identifies custom app opportunities
• Curates knowledge of key accounts through customer success stories
• Consulted in development of customer success stories and references for PLA certification
What we expect of you:
Bring your passion for creating a set of services within our ServiceNow Business Unit that will appeal to a large customer base, are well laid out and easy for our consultants to deliver, and drive business growth and success.
· 15+ years of large-scale, enterprise-class planning, design, implementation and support experience
· 5+ years of consulting experience, product management, or relevant in-field experience
· Recognized leader within your industry of expertise
· Industry level certifications for the vertical you are responsible for
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, a related technical degree or equivalent preferred
· Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing the ServiceNow platform for an organization
· Proven presales skills, including the ability to customize solutions, facilitate product demonstrations and effectively communicate ServiceNow value proposition and key differentiators to prospects
· Excellent communications skills both orally and written with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and various cross functional teams as well as customers
· Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to understand data findings to draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
· Proven ability to proactively collaborate and build relationships, take initiative, creatively problem solve, and deliver against business goals and objectives
· Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing and product development
· Proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform or exhibits technical expertise in SaaS/cloud applications with the ability to learn new technology
· Familiarity with the Partner Success Center on the ServiceNow Partner Portal
· Experience selling into Federal government is a plus
· Ability to travel up to 25%
