As part of our energetic ServiceNow Solutions team, you will collaborate to provide best-in-class ServiceNow solutions, translate ideas visually to convey the CDW brand, and drive value across our organization—from sales through delivery.

 

What you will do: 

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll manage all aspects of a product or service offering for a client. Customer satisfaction skills, rather than technical skills, are key, while having a project delivery background is often required to manage competing interests.  

  • Manage, scope, budget and timeline to ensure goal attainment for both customer and internal
  • Works closely with Solution Management Advisors, Solution Architects and Management
  • Facilitate internal communications and effective collaboration  
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)  
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur  
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards  
  • Ensures all items defined in CDW Statement of Work are delivered  
  • Aids in identifying proper resources and optimizing billable schedules, monitoring and adjusting assignments as necessary
  • Documents, tracks and communicates issues, aids in bringing to resolution
  • Helps track benefit realization

What we expect of you:

The organized, detail-oriented professional we seek has these qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, information technology, or related field required  
  • 3-5 years of experience in information technology (IT) delivery
  • Experience with project management technologies and tools 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meetings and client sites
  • Preferred background in Managed Service engagements
