Sr. Sales Analytics Specialistat CDW Careers

The Sr. Sales Analytics Specialist is designed to support several processes and initiatives for the Integrated Technology Solutions Organization. The main focus is to provide reporting on sales performance by segment (business area, customer type, brand level, etc.). This role focuses on providing rich and actionable insights on Integrated Technology Solutions data to increase productivity and effectiveness of the Integrated Technology Solutions Organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Complete data analysis projects to support various company initiatives and present findings to Integrated Technology Solutions leadership
  
• Report data using SQL, and Excel in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment
  
• Perform usage analysis of our current reports and provide key findings to the team
  
• Provide insights for Integrated Technology Solutions leaders
  
• Work with IT to design and build new reports for Integrated Technology Solutions and drive adoption of the reports
  

Other Responsibilities

• Proactively look for opportunities to streamline processes
  
• Serve as a consultant to the business, providing guidance around CDW’s Integrated Technology Solutions data and Enterprise Data Warehouse
  
• Work cross-functionally on large initiatives
  
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Strategic Planning and Analytics team as needed
  

Minimum Qualifications

• College degree or some college work
  
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (will be tested)
  
• 3 + years’ experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Possess exceptional oral and written communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals
  
• History of balancing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to Integrated Technology Solutions Support Management
  
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships
  
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Data
