The Program Administrator is responsible for day-to-day activities in support of efficient management of software incentive programs. This role is responsible for ensuring software incentive programs recorded opportunities are accurate. The Program Administrator conducts appropriate follow ups and reconciles data to ensure CDW maximizes all benefits provided by the software incentive programs.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Engage with Software Solutions team and Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of all incentive activities to include:
    • accuracy of information for all partner incentive registrations
    • completion of incentive activities pertaining to contract management
  • Reconcile all information within the software incentive portals and tools while ensuring integrity of information.
  • Assist with the development of software incentive templates and collateral.
  • Manage and achieve all goals with regards to the multiple software incentive programs.
  • Audit to ensure all steps for software agreements are followed
  • Assist in the development of software incentive reporting, metrics and analysis
  • Serve as subject matter expert d resource for all assigned software incentive activities
  • Participate in campaigns focused on partner incentives

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer software incentive programs rhythm utilizing appropriate incentive tools and processes.
  • Respond to email or phone inquiries from all Sales stakeholders
  • Resolve incentive program escalations as brought up by internal stakeholders. Keep management abreast of issues and resolutions.
  • Serve as main point of contact on program incentive activities best practices
  • Execute on reporting and analysis requests as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • 1 year of technology industry experience
