We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). The ETO is a critical unit within our organization, responsible for driving strategic change and ensuring that the company remains adaptable and competitive in a rapidly evolving industry. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and manage transformative initiatives that align with our corporate vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation Leadership: Lead and oversee the Enterprise Transformation Office, responsible for developing and executing transformative strategies that drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Consulting Expertise: Leverage your extensive consulting experience to provide insights, guidance, and best practices to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the VP of Corporate Strategy to refine and evolve our corporate strategy, ensuring it aligns with market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, addressing potential resistance, and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and technologies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, business units, and other key stakeholders to build strong, collaborative relationships and align transformation efforts with departmental goals.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the progress and success of transformation initiatives, reporting to the executive leadership on a regular basis.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the budget, resources, and talent within the Enterprise Transformation Office, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization to meet project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks and challenges in transformation projects, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic consulting, with a strong track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a transformation office or related function.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, change management principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving industry.
