The Education Advisor serves an important role in the growth of the Education business. Business development activities include managing inbound customer engagement, CDW Education brand awareness, partner strategy & relationships, and closing marketing leads for a large volume of Education customers. The Education Advisor serves on a small, agile, account-agnostic team focused on engaging a unique subset of our customer base. A core expectation of this role is to position CDW Education as THE technology solutions provider serving thousands of schools throughout the United States. This individual is responsible for delivering an unmatched customer experience to enhance loyalty, and grow sales, to meet and exceed team based, revenue and profit goals. Ability to produce meaningful contributions in a team environment is critical to the success of the role and the customer experience.
