The Sr Program Manager will lead our Employee Advocacy Social Media programs by working closely with our Content, Field Marketing, Communications and Career Social stakeholders to define, deliver and operationalize the organization's Organic strategy.  This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Organic and/or Employee Advocacy initiatives and projects across the organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Strategize, plan, execute and manage social media programs focused on building brand awareness, driving digital engagement, igniting community advocacy, and delivering an optimal online experience.
  • Collaborates with agencies to plan and execute existing and develop new activities
  • Lead measurement and optimization activities in partnership with agency to achieve annual goals
  • Creating and updating monthly and ad hoc reporting, developing metrics framework/benchmarks for specific campaigns, and providing content and channel recommendations based on performance and program learnings
  • Leverage data analytics tools to interpret content performance into digestible insights that you will share with stakeholders.
  • Research new trends, platforms/capabilities, or best practices to develop a point of view and recommend new projects or activities.
  • Recommend and implement new processes and procedures to direct manager. 

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and 5 years of Communications, Social Media or Marketing Experience; OR 9 years of Communications, Social Media or Marketing Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant experience across key social media properties including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Proven program management experience, driving successful social media initiatives from conception through completion.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and creatively problem solve.
  • Record of successful organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B social media management 
  • Experience working in or with Agencies
  • Experience with social media tools
  • Experience with a wide range of multimedia formats for digital/social media, including live video, web, infographics, animation, and short- and long-form written content
  • Experience in working with sales organizations
