We are looking for a Service Now Developer with automation skills to support build out and management of the Global Information Security team’s requirements for Integrated Risk Management and metrics automation.  

What you will do:  

• Based on concepts provided, design, develop and implement functionality in Service Now (such as Integrated Risk Management application, workflows, etc.) 
• Streamline and automate existing processes.  
• Automate data collection and reporting for security metrics, 
• Maintain and improve functionality within ServiceNow. 
• Provide user support for ServiceNow.  

What we expect of you:  

• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing modules in Service Now 
• Prior experience in the implementation of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) application and related modules  
• Ability to follow the standards and guidelines for development set by the Service Now product owner and management team, and to work collaboratively. 
• Experience in general automation tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI 
• Willingness and ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities to support the team as needed. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results. 
• CSA certification achieved or, within 6 months of hire, would be a plus.
• CIS-Risk and Compliance certification achieved, or within 6 months of hire, would be a plus.
• HTML, JavaScript, and coding skills a plus
