As a Business Analyst Fellow at CDW, you will work on high-quality projects where you will gain valuable experience while delivering work that makes a difference. We strive to provide our Fellows with a meaningful experience and consider CDW for a full-time career post-graduation. 

What you’ll do – work alongside Strategy leaders to: 

• Conduct quantitative analyses to support CDW’s top strategic initiatives
• Assist with success criteria metric definition for key sales activities
• Document, measure, and optimize key business processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Design, and Technology teams to define a pipeline of innovative digital tools that will enhance the CDW coworker experience
• Participate in communication and change management efforts to ensure optimal solution adoption 

The 2024 CDW Legacy Excellence Summer Program will begin Tuesday, May 28th and end Saturday, August 3rd.  

Participation in the Legacy Excellence Program requires residing in Chicago for the summer and attendance at one of the following HBCUs: 

• Alabama A&M University
• Florida A&M University
• North Carolina A&T State University
• Southern University and A&M College 

Requirements (Preferred) 

• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, engineering, mathematics, operations 

What we’re looking for:  

• Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a graduation date of May 2025 with ability to begin full-time employment in 2025 (if offered employment post-internship)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA 
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven individual who will make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
• Strong learning agility and intellectual curiosity
• Team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved
• Strong presentation skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Microsoft Office skills including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word  
• Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer
• Authorization to work in the US; without sponsorship as a full-time coworker
