The Associate Executive Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs including the day-to-day administration of the CDW long-term incentive plans and Coworker Stock Purchase Plan (CSPP).

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Assist with stock plan administration by providing support related to the grant and vest process for equity awards, award agreements, communications, data integrity, participant questions, etc.
  • Assist with the administration of the CSPP and deferred compensation plan.
  • Assist with the preparation and review any regulatory filings in connection with stock compensation transactions.
  • Conduct executive job leveling and compensation benchmarking.
  • Support internal and external executive-level compensation offers, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support the preparation of the Compensation Committee materials and provide supporting analytics and reports.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure effective equity compensation program management, including plan design, documentation, and communication to coworkers.
  • Participates in special compensation projects and perform other duties as assigned. 

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree OR
  • 4 years experience in an analytical role, preferably in Compensation or Finance.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail; position requires advanced mathematical skills, financial knowledge, excel skills and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Ability to work with pressing deadlines, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization (Finance, Legal) and employees at all levels.
