This is a full time, onsite role in Fort Meade, MD. An active DoD Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Troubleshooting and resolution of escalated events.
Monitoring and identification of network/infrastructure events that require mitigation.
Support the building and configuration of internal infrastructure.
Create, test, and move to production the alerting capabilities for the supported devices.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
- Active TS / SCI security clearance is required. Full Scope Polygraph or CI Polygraph is preferred.
5+ years deploying and configuring enterprise monitoring toolsets.
Expertise with standard management protocols like SNMP, SSH, PowerShell, etc.
