As an Operating Systems Internals Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging instruction on various aspects of operating systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the following areas:
CPU Architecture: Understanding of CPU design, functionality, and performance.
SRAM: Knowledge of Static Random-Access Memory and its role in computing.
CPU Scheduling Algorithms and Methodology: Proficiency in various CPU scheduling techniques and their applications.
Memory Management Algorithms and Methodology: Expertise in memory allocation, paging, segmentation, and virtual memory.
I/O Device Management: Familiarity with input/output device management and related protocols.
File Systems and File System Management: In-depth knowledge of file system structures, operations, and management.
Windows CMD Shell Command Line Mastery: Advanced skills in using the Windows command line interface.
Linux Bash Shell Command Line Mastery: Advanced skills in using the Linux command line interface.
Windows and Linux Networking: Understanding of networking principles and configurations in both Windows and Linux environments.
What you will do:
Develop and deliver course materials, lectures, and hands-on labs.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in operating systems and related technologies.
Collaborate with other faculty members to improve the curriculum and teaching methods.
What we expect of you:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in teaching or working with operating systems internals.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
