Role Overview
The position is dedicated to supporting the administration and maintenance of CDW’s large portfolio of commercial contracts, with a focus on contract compliance. If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy problem solving, and are adept at processing and analyzing data, this is the role for you!
Key Areas of Responsibility
Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Maintain customer pricing programs, including manufacturer price maintenance, and updating systems
Prepare and distribute reports
Process customer rebates and contract fees
Track contract expirations and support the contract renewal process
Prepare contract modifications, as needed
Develop and maintain contract reference materials and resources
Maintain contract repository, with pertinent contract information
Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers
Take necessary steps to protect confidential information and materials
Identify and escalate contract related concerns to appropriate stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of office work experience
2 years contract experience or relevant knowledge of CDW’s internal reporting tools and practices and have the skillsets to perform the key functions of the role
Other Required Qualifications
Knowledge of how to extract and analyze contract data
Ability to interpret and draft contract language
Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
Possesses a strong attention to detail
Expert in MS Excel
Proficient in MS Word, MS Power BI, MS Access and other databases
Strong work ethic
Strong communication skills, both oral and written using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience
Proven ability to proactively collaborate and build relationships, take initiative and creatively problem solve
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meetings and client sites
Preferred Qualifications
Experience administering contracts within the IT or a similar industry
Possesses CDW/CDW-G customer-related experience and procurement knowledge
