The HP Marketing Manager will own and drive the development of the HP marketing strategy at CDW. This role will leverage investments and programs to deliver customer outcome messaging and accelerate CDW’s HP revenue across all HP Business Units, including HP Client, HP Displays & Accessories, HP Print & Supplies, HP Poly, and HP Services.

The HP Marketing Manager will champion the 'One HP' message, ensuring a cohesive and unified go-to-market strategy across all marketing activities and stakeholders at CDW.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Engage regularly with HP stakeholders to maintain an open channel of communication, ensuring that all CDW and HP stakeholders are kept informed of key initiatives, projects, meetings, and events.

  • Collaborate with HP and CDW Partner Development and Marketing teams to jointly develop the partnership by creating the "better together One HP story."

  • Manage the relationship between CDW PPM Teams and CDW Marketing Teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and a unified HP strategy.

  • Develop and own the HP marketing strategy for a $3+ million budget. Lead strategic and meaningful investments that drive demand for HP products and services across CDW’s business.

  • Craft and implement co-marketing campaigns that promote the full HP portfolio and drive customer engagement across HP Client, HP Displays & Accessories, HP Print & Supplies, HP Poly, and HP Services.

  • Align with Alliance peers across Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, Google ChromeOS, and Microsoft Windows to drive joint messaging and amplify HP’s differentiated value proposition through collaborative campaigns and strategic initiatives.

  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies to deliver impactful messaging in a dynamic market, emphasizing the 'One HP' narrative.

  • Lead quarterly management of HP co-op and Marketing Development Funds (MDF), including:

    • Sales event management

    • Internal funding processes

    • HP claim requirements and submissions

  • Develop the HP Marketing Plan, inclusive of activities aligned to CDW and HP’s objectives, and ensure return on investment (ROI) for all marketing programs.

  • Execute against marketing plans by providing the proper content and resources to maximize CDW Account Manager and customer engagement in the HP portfolio.

  • Maximize overall Partner Controllable Margin (PCM) by optimizing investments and ensuring strong alignment between sales and marketing efforts.

  • Manage HP co-sell opportunities and leads, ensuring timely delivery through Partner Center and proper routing to CDW sales teams.

  • Drive proper execution of Marketing Plans and Business Reviews, taking HP and CDW initiatives and rebranding them into a cohesive and compelling message.

  • Lead content planning, delivery, and execution, including (but not limited to):

    • Ecommerce initiatives

    • Customer case studies

    • One-pagers

    • Sales presentations

  • Streamline sales delivery and events planning execution for CDW and HP events, ensuring proper alignment with partnership goals and the 'One HP' messaging.

  • Ensure all leads are routed to sales within 5 days of submission through Partner Center or other lead capture processes.

  • Support CDW Brand Managers in peer-to-peer (P2P) campaigns and sales initiatives to drive incremental HP revenue.

  • Establish and support HP’s Floor Presence and all Key Initiatives at CDW, ensuring consistency in messaging and strategy across all customer touchpoints.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years sales/marketing/project management experience, OR

  • 9 years’ experience in sales/marketing/project management, OR

  • 4 years CDW PPM experience and 5 years’ experience in sales/marketing/project management

  • Proven ability to effectively and strategically engage with executive leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Expert financial and business acumen.

  • Exceptional strategic agility and analytical skills.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of driving results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the technology industry.

  • HP Marketing experience.

  • Co-op and MDF budget management experience.

Pay range: $100,000 - $154,200 depending on experience and skill set

Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
