Role and Responsibilities 
 Knowledge in all aspects of Unified Communication Environment Administration and best 
practices 
 Engineer in this role should be able to lead and manage the team effectively. 
 Engineer is responsible to analyze the team reports and draw a inference to improve team 
performance. 
 Ensure smooth operations by innovating new processes in the team 
 Co-ordinate with Managers, Sr Managers to ensure smooth operations. 
 Excellent understanding of IT systems infrastructure and best practices. 
 Handle escalated cases accordingly 
 Extensive Hands-on experience on Collab Break fix, server upgradation changes 
 Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. 
 Strong experience in handling P1/P2 issues over bridge/WebEx sessions 
 Good Knowledge of Virtualization 
 Coordinate with various teams for the daily operations, plan and execute scheduled activities. 
 IT infrastructure incident and change management 
 Creates detailed technical documentation of IT solutions to ensure successful implementations 
and reference for ongoing support. 
 Extensive Hands-on experience – involves in-depth troubleshooting skills & providing RCA’s for 
the same. 
 Performing security administration tasks, such as certificate renewals, on a periodic basis in line 
with agreed service levels. 
 You will be expected to be an active member of the UC team, and support other less 
experienced members of staff in best practice and modern engineering techniques and 
approaches 
 Ability to work 24/7 environment. 
 Education/Qualifications 
 Educated to Bachelor’s degree level in Computer Science, or a related discipline, from an 
accredited college or university or equivalent experience and certifications. 
 CCNP / CCIE certifications 
 ITIL Certification
