Partner Investment Specialist, Sales Promotionsat CDW Careers

The Partner Ivestment Specialists serves as a liaison to CDW's partner community and assists in various scheduling, onboarding, and program management activities.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience with both internal and external customers.
  • Develop a knowledge of CDW’s go to market strategies.
  • Conduct trainings on Partner Relations process, programs, and tools to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage, track and communicate on key milestones of assigned initiatives in a timely manner.
  • Analyze data to make business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and track new partner onboarding results.
  • Make updates to contact database when requested.
  • Be knowledgeable about CDW's designation strategy and benefit process and be able to articulate it to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive meeting requests by leveraging documented procedures.
  • Support CDW's annual Partner Summit process.
  • Conduct trainings on Partner Relations process, programs, and tools to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify challenges or risk in the business and escalate to leadership for review.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years sales/marketing experience, OR
  • 6 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or CDW PPM

  • Proficient communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively interact and present to all levels of stakeholders,
  • Ability to conduct and favorably close negotiations
  • Self-motivated with a history of working independently
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • Proven record of multitasking and identifying priorities
  • Demonstrated financial and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the technology industry
