The Senior Financing Solutions Advisor focuses on providing creative payment solutions in conjunction with our preferred leasing partners to our customers and provides guidance and education to account managers. This position aids in driving revenue, assists in awareness, and is the central liaison for the leasing partners for working with CDW stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Finance, and Partner and Product Management. The Senior Financing Solutions Advisor leverages their experience to help manage larger opportunities with minimal manager guidance.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Subject matter expert and trusted advisor for creative payment solutions internally
  • Works in conjunction with the sales team and Sales Managers as the key financing solutions advisor and payment option advocate for our sales solutions
  • Works closely and builds strong relationships with Sales Managers and the Credit department
  • Utilizes experience to actively drive and manage financial solution design and quoting stage of the sales process
  • Articulates leasing and financing positioning to both CDW internally and external customers
  • Supports assigned account managers and serves as a key point of contact to work with account managers and their customers for training, support and sales assistance of our premier leasing companies
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships throughout the sales cycle works to identify new areas for building sales opportunities
  • Guides and manages leasing partners to drive profitable revenue, operational excellence, and awareness across CDW
  • Provides payment options to our account managers and customers
  • Conducts sales calls covering CDW customer accounts
  • Performs deep-dive payment option discussions and white boarding sessions
  • Delivers formal presentations and coordinates quarterly business reviews (QBR) with partners
  • Contributes to the development and execution of quarterly and annual sales and operations plans
  • Tracks leasing results and metrics and utilizes pipeline reports
  • Meets with customers to advise, assist, and present leasing solutions, including Red Carpet participation
  • Able to lead academy/residency training sessions
  • Manages the highest complexity deals in Small Business/Commercial
  • Travels to partners and field locations

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience with Sales, Partner Support, or Finance, OR
  • 4 years’ experience with Sales, Partner support, or Finance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related
  • Previous experience in the technology or leasing industry
  • Previous experience at CDW
