The Financial Analyst provides direct support for the creation manual invoices for the client This role ensures that engagements are set up in ChangePoint and that the systems can support the financial requirements of the customer.

Key Areas of Responsibility -  Partner Invoices
  • Process partner invoices, analyze and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to submit for payment.
  • Maintain and analyze ChangePoint, ensuring proper approval structure.
  • Communicate information to all necessary internal and external stakeholders, explaining transactions and resolving accounting related issues.
  • Maintain compliance with departmental and organizational regulations and policies.
  • Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets and databases, to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and reports.
  • Ensure partners are entering time in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitors estimates/budgeted time against actual time, and/or coworker travel. 
Key Areas of Responsibility – Client Invoices
  • Collect data from technical directives, shipping reports, ITMS, and ChangePoint to prepare manual invoice.
  • Create manual invoice and obtain needed reviews.
  • Enter needed lines into ChangePoint to support the invoice creation and allow for Accounts Receivable to post payments.
  • Generate the manual invoice reconciliation, comparing the manual invoice to system generated invoices and to technical directives to ensure proper charging.
  • Ensure invoice certified and submitted to the client on time.
  • Work with corporate teams to ensure revenue and expenses are recognized in a timely manner.
  • Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets and databases, to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and reports.


Education and/or Experience Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years of experience in relevant area of finance

Other Required Qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and resolve discrepancies
    • Ability to work independently with little direction
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders including senior leadership
    • History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
    • History of providing excellent customer service
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

    • Working knowledge of ChangePoint
