SR. Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is to maximize the productivity of our Advanced Technology Sales Team. SR. Inside sales representatives will work alongside with internal teams and customers to create the best solution and ensure a smooth sales process. Primary customer base will be with CDWs Enterprise/Select customers.

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Other Required Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, effective interpersonal skills, an energetic and enthusiastic individual
Establish the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
Confident with customer interactions
Capability and demonstrated willingness to train a new coworker or mentor an existing coworker
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meeting and client sites
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in supporting computer hardware, software, solutions or services is necessary
Certifications in Advance Technology (Cisco)
3 – 5 years of work experience within the AT industry
Consistently and independently delivers quality work and receives a high customer satisfaction on annual ATAE survey
Professional, mature, team-oriented attitude
