The Program Sales Assistant is a highly visible position and will contribute to the success of CDW through support of one or more leaders as well as day to day general administrative support for the department.


Daily administrative duties include reviewing, analyzing, scoring, logging, and tracking contracts, as well as administering the contract signature routing process.


The Program Sales Assistant should be able to develop exceptional internal and external relationships, including executives, partners, outside analysts as well as coworkers at all levels in the company and their administrative support.


In addition to the duties required to support day-to-day activity, this individual will work with other leaders and administrative staff to coordinate and prioritize meetings and projects and will drive excellence in corporate performance. This role can be customer facing and requires high level professional communication.


A successful candidate will be highly professional and exhibit a “can do” attitude at all times including proactively thinking through and executing responsibilities in ambiguous situations.

Essential Functions:     

  • Provides general administrative support for the department, including calendar and event management, travel and expenses, supply ordering and maintenance, meeting room arrangements.
  • Draft, prepare, and proofread letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
  • Run routine reporting and summarize in various views
  • Maintain distribution lists, customer notice contact lists, mail merge.
  • Administers the signature process and document retention process for CDW’s customer facing contracts (legal documents).
  • Reads contracts, and other customer opportunities and summarizes for main points and areas for concern.
  • Distributes and assigns contract projects and maintains task calendars
  • Follows up and provides timely feedback to sales and customer stakeholders
  • Additionally will be assigned special projects to support leadership and department needs


Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years providing general administrative support at the executive level leadership
Other Required Qualifications
  • Proficient to Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working with legal documents (contract management department, law firm, legal department)
