The Partner Performance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Business Operations departmental processes and procedures are maintained and properly executed including EDI/API, Open Purchase Orders and other business operations. The Partner Performance Specialist will also act as liaison between partners, IT, buying teams, Account Payable and other internal teams. In addition, the role drives the utilization, timeliness, and integrity of partner and supplier performance score cards.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Generate standard supply chain reporting (e.g. supplier KPI’s, worker productivity, EDI diagnostics, working capital metrics etc.).
  • Support sourcing decision process.
  • Support external customers and internal processing areas by troubleshooting data issues.
  • Establish and maintain a metric-based method for monitoring the effectiveness and stability of Integrated EDI-based operations, including performance, throughput, error rates, quality rates, etc.
  • Drive partner and supplier projects related to the implementation, testing and support of inbound and outbound data connections.
  • Act as the primary point person for communicating with partners regarding problems or questions on electronic transactions.
  • Troubleshoot existing processes and procedures and resolve issues by taking the appropriate action and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Identify key deliverables and structure key activities into work assignments.
  • Coordinate project milestones and tasks across the business.
  • Plan timing and work, monitor progress and proactively identify and remove obstacles to achieve results.
  • Set project and task priorities with the business and coordinate adjustments with changing demands.
  • Engage directly with new trading partners, including payers and providers, to plan new implementations or resolve processing challenges.
  • Deliver regular targeted progress reports to senior leadership and management teams, and other business stakeholders to drive improvement with supplier performance.


Education and/or Experience Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in supply chain operations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Analytical experience.
  • Proficient with MS Power BI, Tableau, MS SQL Server or equivalent BI tools.
