The Engagement Coordinator position is focused on supporting CDW's AWS Practice and Sales Teams by facilitating engagements between customers and the CDW teams.  Specifically the AWS Engagement Coordinator will support meeting scheduling, processing of contracts, deal registration, pipeline management, and funding programs.    

 Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Work with CDW’s AWS Practice  to develop strategies to enable growth of AWS revenue
  • Maintain current knowledge of AWS programs and keep stakeholders up to date on program changes
  • Facilitate the scheduling of conference calls/meetings, customer presentations and demos as necessary to educate our customers on AWS solutions
  • Support the AWS Practice in creating/delivering Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring timely onboarding of Managed Services customers, and prompt delivery of Professional Services.
  • Identify tools for increasing productivity of the AWS Practice
  • Assist the AWS Practice and other stakeholders in achieving  relevant industry certifications and facilitating training.
  • Assist in training of CDW Solution Architects and Sellers on AWS programs (e.g., project funding) and initiatives, as necessary

 


    Responsibilities

  •  65% Sales and pre-sales activities via conference calls, email, and customer visits, including personal training
  • 25% Post-sales activities assuring successful project completion
  • 10% Miscellaneous team activities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 year college degree or 4 years of experience in a pre-sales support, customer advocate or project coordination role related to AWS
  • 2+ yrs experience in sales/sales support

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and computers

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Organized and able to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
