The Inventory Control Manager ensures warehouse inventory levels are accurate and that internal controls are adequate to safeguard these assets. This role also brings process improvement experience such as Six Sigma or LEAN experience as well as experience with implementing industry best practices.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Manage entire inventory control department, with emphasis on coaching, development and performance management of Coworkers and any temporary personnel.
Ensure ethical practices for both the inventory control and related business partner teams.
Meet or exceed CDW budgetary department goals for productivity and staffing.
Additional Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail oriented mindset & approach.
History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
