The Finance Solutions Specialist is a key role that is focused on the CDW alternative finance solution programs that support revenue and profit growth at CDW. The role leads the effort to ensure smooth processing of the day to day monitoring, accurate reporting, reconciliation of the CDW sponsored and customer sponsored supply chain finance programs, along with other alternative finance programs currently in place and other programs as they are added in the future.

Other Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with AR to aggregate invoices to sell to finance source, ensure accurate information collected and reflected on schedules sold
  • Generate internal and external reporting to track AR sold to finance sources, with a keen focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Work with AR at the customer level to ensure total AR due is accurate to ensure full collections, track payments received that belong to sold AR, reconciliation of customer AR
  • Generate monthly reporting on the total CDW sponsored program volume, cost, average credit, finance partner days to pay, customer days to pay, effective yield for finance partner
  • Administer customer sponsored supply chain finance program accounts, ensuring invoices are being loaded timely, banks are buying
  • Coordinate paperwork and routing for signatures for alternative finance programs and individual transactions under such programs
  • Monthly reporting of revenue and margin for all extended terms customers, embedded terms fundings, multi-year license transaction reporting, tracking and billing out finance billings on behalf of finance partners
  • Other projects as assigned


Education and/or Experience Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of Accounts Receivable or relevant Finance or Accounting experience
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong analytical skills with critical attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including intermediate to advanced Excel abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years’ experience with complex, detailed reporting
