As a Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll take a high-profile, leading role to help develop our hiring strategy/vision, talent strategy and the service delivery of our corporate recruitment team. It’ll be your responsibility to develop new and maintain existing vendor relationships, plan go-to-market strategies, and lead your team of recruiters to execute.

What you’ll do:
  • Partner with Corporate Functions’ leadership teams to identify talent needs and develop hiring strategies and plans to deliver those
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with leadership, vendors, community and professional organizations and other stakeholders to create a partnership that drives success, predictable results and credibility
  • Provide ongoing, creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies and employment branding opportunities that attract top and diverse talent
  • Manage a team of coworkers and take responsibility for performance management, coaching, engagement and development
  • Responsible for managing the executive level searches across the organization which may include developing candidate slates or managing agency relationships in addition to managing the interview process for the Director and Vice President level candidates
  • Identify, obtain and analyze relevant data to build effective sourcing strategies, influence stakeholders’ decisioning and make recommendations on future recruitment investments
  • Assist with annual budget planning and the ongoing monitoring and management of spend within approved financial plans/budgets

What you need to succeed:
Must-have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • 5+ years team leadership experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management and executives
  • Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity that seeks to question the status quo and look for ways to advance business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities
  • Through knowledge of recruiting practices including, but not limited to, employment policies and practices, legal compliance, sourcing solutions, interviewing and selection techniques
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
  • Experience managing temporary / contract labor programs
  • Strong knowledge of HR/TA tools
