The Senior Manager, Technology Change and Governance is responsible for the coordination and completion the group roadmap and coordination of dependencies across CDW. This role will work closely with the VP of Technology Enablement and Strategy as well as the CTO and his leadership team to develop strategic plans, assessing the level of change management and coordinating assigned functions to drive successful completion.   

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Align the Technology strategy to the Technology team roadmaps and serve as the owner of the change management efforts. 
  • Attends executive meetings and special projects as requested by Sr. Leadership. 
  • Manages a team to deliver on the transformation activities and CTO governance needs. 
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. 
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications. 
  • Manage the Technology governance cadence and coordinate with Corporate strategy team. 
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. 
  • Lead the strategic governance events (Business reviews, metrics tracking and team coordination between events).

  • Manage the change project portfolio and critical deliverables across Technology teams. 

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 10 years of project management experience 
  • 5 years of team management or large program experience 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record engaging with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives across functional areas
  • Strong strategic and executional leader
  • History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize across a wide range of efforts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • History of building and maintaining productive working relationships
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to be persuasive and hold partners and coworkers accountable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize concrete and abstract concepts to develop executive level presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Business to Business marketplace
  • Experience in the technology industry
