The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist with the creation of sales and technical documentation while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. As a valued partner across our business, this position plays a key role in our company’s success. This role will participate in a variety of sales and delivery responsibilities with a high focus on project management 
 

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Work closely with our pre-sales team to help understand how our solutions can provide value to a given customer and help drive those initiatives
  • Collaborate with management and engineers to draft, review, negotiate, finalize, and assist in achieving approval for new proposals, statements of work, and respond to RFP/RFI documents
  • Prepare statements of work that will be used to present a solution to the customer to win the sale
  • Manage the complexity of IT Service Management and ServiceNow related proposals, contracts, SaaS agreements, and service level agreements
  • Understand business objectives, projects and problem statements of our prospects and customer
  • Organize, manage, and deliver numerous projects of varying complexity at one time
  • Create and refine operational processes and procedures for different areas of the business
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal teams help advance projects, issues, and processes
  • Coordinate communication and documentation of partner process, both internally and with partners
  • Assist Marketing with various sales related tasks and keep calendar up-to-date with scheduled activities
  • Close working relationships with clients through telephone, email, web conferencing, and in person
  • Close working relationships with other Consultants, Coordinators, Executive Team Members, and 
  • Account Representatives within ServiceNow
  • Required to contact vendors on occasion
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant experience working in a customer facing, project management or related roles

  • Proven ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including technical levels, mid-level management, leadership, and executives
  • Understanding and real-world application of a holistic view of maturity including: People, Process, and 
  • Product/Technology
  • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to promote and lead positive change in the organization
  • Strong organization and facilitation skills to drive the execution of assigned work and organization strategies
  • Experience in contract creation and contract management
  • Is self-motivated / self-directed – capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule
  • Ability to handle and overcome objections in both a pre-sales and sales context
  • Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging trends in IT and specific industries
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and supports our brand promise and guarantee to always “make it right” 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in Sales, project management or contracts
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM product
