Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Perform client consultation: implement and support their Cloud infrastructure adoption
  • Migrating multi-tier applications on Cloud Platforms
  • Providing guidance and best practice to implement the technical architecture and physical design of the cloud: analyze existing cloud infrastructure and recommend solutions
  • Deploying enterprise-wide scalable operations on Cloud Platforms
  • Capability to advise on the appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements
  • Capability to migrate on-premises workload to service providers
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems
  • Assist Account Managers during the sales process by educating the customer about cloud adoption services
  • Assist in the management of projects using CDW's project management methodology
  • Ensure a stable performance environment for enterprise computer applications
  • Identity and communicate potential opportunities for cross-selling to the customer and sales team
  • Manage time and expense to meet or exceed expectations defined in the Statement of Work
  • Provide high quality content deliverables using the appropriate document templates
  • Ensure solution is implemented as designed to the customer’s satisfaction and approval

Minimum Qualifications


  • Associates degree in business, computer science, a related technical degree or equivalent
  • Three years’ experience delivering technical solutions including implementation and support

Other Required Qualifications



  • Minimum of two years related experience in infrastructure/network environments, with experience in Cloud configurations (hardware and software)
  • Expert knowledge of Office 365
  • Proficiency in using PowerShell, Azure Portal, operating systems, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, storage structures, and networking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams with Voice.
  • Understanding of Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server/AD domain infrastructure
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls)
  • Relevant experience as a systems administrator in a systems operation’s role
  • Ability to work with virtualization technology
  • Experience with migrating applications on Cloud Platforms
  • Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment.
  • Attention to detail on inventory and logistics is important

Preferred Qualifications



  • Consulting/Customer facing experience
  • MS-100- Microsoft 365 Identity and Services certification
  • MCSE: Productivity including the following exam:
  • Certified in Office 365 having passed the following exams 70-346 and 70-347
  • Microsoft AZ-103: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification
  • Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and provisioning Office 365 Services including:
  • Skype for Business Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Exchange Online
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft's Adoption strategy
