The Partner Growth Ops Supervisor is responsible for the execution and oversight of inbound and outbound sales motion as part of Digital Velocity Solutions’ (DVS) demand generation campaigns. They will be responsible for the Business Development Representative (BDR) team overall performance of identifying, acquiring, and qualifying new top of funnel opportunities for DVS and our partners. As a strong player/coach, they will participate in the execution of inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns in order to formulate best practices and identify opportunities for improvement across the team of BDRs. This role reports to the Manager of Partner Growth Ops.

The Partner Growth Ops Supervisor will work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify  and develop areas within cloud partners that support revenue growth and will be responsible for  leading a team of BDRs that are responsible for identifying and engaging contacts in target accounts in addition to engaging, qualifying, and setting meetings with leads that come inbound to the team. The Partner Growth Ops Supervisor will have a quarterly quota for qualified meetings and overall campaign success.

  • Managing engagement and opportunity transition with diverse set of cross functional sales resources
  • Assist with hiring and training new BDR team members
  • Assisting with measurement and reporting of team quotas and compensation related tasks
  • Support CRM and SaaS applications, including Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, and internal tools
  • Conduct role playing (1:1, 1:many) and objection handling with BDR team members
  • Support the definition and ongoing refinement of campaign messaging, call scripts, email sequences and associated collateral to ensure campaign success
  • Training on tips, tactics, and techniques related to the BDR role
  • Identify and escalate any team resourcing recommendations to Manager of Partner Growth Ops to help maintain a high energy and high performing BDR team
  • Promotion of key wins and high performing team member’s successes across the DVS organization
  • Optimize a scalable on-boarding and development infrastructure to minimize team ramp time, including development of new on-boarding and training materials for your team that fit your supervisory style
  • Supervise a team ranging in size from 5-10 Business Development Representatives (BDR)
  • Coach BDRs through sales development process
  • Conduct BDR one-on-one’s; manage with metrics
  • Participate in campaign planning and kick-off processes
  • Partner with overall CDW marketing organization to support the generation of new business pipeline
  • Ensure data sanity and proper lead/opportunity tracking through the full sales lifecycle
  • Leverage reporting and tooling for measuring overall team performance
  • Enforce extensive use of CRM by BDR team to build and maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work

Education and/or Skill-Set qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation
  • Experience supervising or managing inbound and outbound sales teams
  • 5+ years experience in a business development or sales development role positioning modern software development, cloud, cloud native, or DevOps services and products
