Sirius Federal, LLC is looking for a Network Engineer, with an active security clearance, TS/SCI with Polygraph, to work at our client’s site located in Reston, VA. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Network Engineers; must be skilled in designing large- and small-scale campus and wide area networking (WAN) solutions.
Technologies will include everything from legacy campus environments based on spanning tree, to engineering future solutions based on SDN, NVF and SD WAN. Must be familiar with Type 1 encryption solutions. JWICS or DISN experience is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of networking at the CCNP level working toward or possessing a CCIE. Strong knowledge of general routing and switching protocols necessary. Existing, or working knowledge of MPLS and BGP with willingness to expand knowledge; must also have general knowledge of WAN acceleration, load balancing, data center technologies, and network automation and management tools.
