The primary purpose of this position is to deliver Professional Services to Sirius clients. This role works in a quality, professional manner to complete project responsibilities on time and on budget, resulting in high customer satisfaction. This position may also provide pre-sales support, customer support and direct quality assurance for all projects deliverables.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Supports internal and client engagements assigned by his or her resource manager
• Support for billable engagements under the direction of a professional services consulting team members
• Provides research, analyses, problem solving, technical support, and general support for assigned client engagements
• Performs overall solution Quality Assurance (QA) tasks for deliverables for assigned client engagements
• Develops knowledge and skills relevant to standard professional service offerings through mentorship, formal training, and on-the-job experiences
• Reviews and understands all assigned Statement of Work (SOW) obligations prior to engagement delivery
• Complies with all of the time compliance and time entry guidelines
• Meets billable utilization targets

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
• At least six months of IT consulting experience dealing with solutions in a specified Sirius practice (Data Center Transformation, Digital/Data/Security, Knowledge Management, etc.) – this requirement can be fulfilled via completion of the Sirius Academy program

• Demonstrated ability to implement and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure and/or software systems and configurations using procedures, scripts, and templates
• Demonstrated understanding of core business functions of a typical company, and ability to employ step by step logic to solve business problems
• Demonstrated ability to acquire further technical skills
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to investigate problems and utilize problem solving techniques

• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in working with disparate client and internal departments to deliver meaningful solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in areas of technical specialty, such as ITIL, PMI, Network+, etc.

Essential Functions
The position exists to provide technical consulting solutions to customers and as such requires the ability to travel to and from customer sites and interact with customers on an ongoing and regular basis
