The Accounts Receivable Associate provides support to the AR Specialists, including specialized invoicing. The AR Associate works with internal and external customers to develop and execute customized billing solutions. The AR Associate leverages their experience to provide suggestions on alternate solutions.

 

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Executes customized billing solutions, including customer/third party portal billing and consolidated billing
  • Ensures timeliness and accuracy of customized billing
  • Remediates automated billing issues, including portal billing failures and EDI failures
  • Develops solutions to solve complex customer billing requests
  • Maintains EIN’s, vendor declarations, and vouchers (Government support specific)
  • Develops relationships internally and externally with customers
  • Special projects and other duties as needed

 

Qualifications Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year experience in a corporate environment

Other Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders
  • Able to proactively utilize resources for completion of work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree
  • Relevant Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, or related experience
  • Knowledge of Ariba, Xign, or OB10 online portals
