As part of our energetic digital team, you will collaborate to provide best-in-class digital experiences, translate ideas visually to convey the CDW brand, and drive value across our organization—from sales through delivery.

Tap your product management skills and expertise in this strategic position at CDW. 

Lead business-process architecture, design mapping, and feature integration as a developer on large-scale projects as you provide front-line application support, performance management, and test automation.


What you will do: 

Shape and lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key areas of and across the digital ecosystem. 

  • Make the complex work of IT management surprisingly simple by connecting strategies across business, technology, and user experience.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to identify and prioritize strategic objectives, as well as identify opportunities and customer needs based on research and competitive intelligence.
  • Articulate your strategy, vision, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive outcomes by defining and executing a roadmap that supports strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Advocate for using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making.
  • Define and manage to key performance indicators (KPIs) at the product and feature level s.
  • Coach and shape a product management team to foster skills, achieve results, and recognize contributions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across diverse functional areas in the product development life cycle—and, accordingly, recommend and implement workflow changes and process improvements.

What we expect of you: 
Bring your passion about the customer experience and background in product management to CDW.

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years digital product management experience; master’s degree a plus.
  • E-commerce experience, either in B2B or B2C.
  • Knowledge of agile  software development processes and best practices; SAFe experience/certification a plus.
  • Demonstrated people management skills (direct or indirect) and ability to lead engaged, effective teams (onshore and offshore).
  • Proven ability to synthesize data, develop and communicate recommendations at an executive level, and influence and persuade partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities and execute to meet strategic objectives.
  • Intellectual curiosity to make informed decisions by continuously measuring mobile channel performance against KPIs, as well as through testing and optimization tools, including A/B tests and their interpretations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
