Manager PDXat CDW Careers

The PDX Manager manages a team that focuses on driving data integration through the development of project plans for key partners within the CDW portfolio. The incumbent evaluates, executes, and measures data exchange opportunities outlined by business units in CDW and at the partner. The PDX Manager is responsible for all areas of partner data exchange management and enterprise data services alignment. This role supports integration with Partner Investment Marketing & Sales Incentives, supply chain, and assigned partners’ marketing and data teams, along with owns, manages, and develops all assigned key partner relationships to develop data focused strategies. 
The Manager manages a team that focuses on pre-determined partners. This role drives strategic and operational efficiencies through the integration and development of data exchanges for product and partners within the CDW portfolio to deliver the best customer experience. The incumbent evaluates, creates, executes, and measures opportunities around the CDW partner mix relative to identified business use cases. The Manager is responsible for all areas of engagement with partners aligning to the PPM teams to deliver on the modern partnership framework. This role aligns CDW and the assigned partners to key partner and CDW objectives through data integration.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Provide leadership to coworkers through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
• Own and maximize PDX – Partner Data Exchange.
• Establish strategies to maximize efforts to align data relative to partner goals with CDW business use cases.
• Responsible for the alignment of efforts with enterprise data services team.
• Oversee the development of milestone planning aligned to organizational objectives.
• Supports maximizing revenue, profit, and vendor co-op for specific partners through planning and marketing alignment.
• Lead and direct data requirements activities.
• Assess and understand technical landscape and adjust direction as needed.
• Act as an escalation point and liaison between the partner and CDW.
• Create and maintain a PDX annual business plan.
• Lead efforts to improve digital customer experience and account manager efficiencies for identified partners.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of product management, marketing, supply chain, sales, or finance experience.
• Prior experience coaching or mentoring others.

• Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to be persuasive.
• The ability to multitask effectively and see projects through from inception to completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7 years of product management, marketing, supply chain, or product management vendor finance experience.
• MBA.
• Experience in Business-to-Business marketplace.
• Demonstrated success in project management and/or data integration efforts.
