CDW understands managing your work and personal life is a balancing act. We want to make sure coworkers have access to the best tools to be successful in the workplace and at home. In addition to a comprehensive benefit program which provides health, wellness, financial security and coworker perks, CDW offers the following benefits to active services members:

Differential Pay

CDW will supplement military pay for two years of military leave by paying the difference between military pay and the coworker’s salary.

Health Coverage

CDW will cover the coworker portion of health benefit premiums for up to two years of military leave for the coworker and their eligible dependents.
