At CDW, we've always been leaders in the industry
We’ve been leaders in changing the way people think about IT. Now, we aim to be leaders in empowering women. Every day, we work to bring our female coworkers the resources to explore, grow and become change-makers in the field of technology. Together, we can lay the groundwork for an IT industry where talent is celebrated regardless of gender.
Carm, Lead Product Designer
Through CDW, Carm has found mentors that hold her accountable for her goals and help her fully explore her passion for UX design. Carm follows through on her mission to give back as a co-founder of DesignTech, an organization dedicated to creating a sense of community for minority women in design through community outreach events.

"Do it. Look for what you want. Do the ground work to get you there and go for it... it’s not just about the job description."

Yareli, Account Manager
Yareli has always looked up to giants in the tech world like Sheryl Sandberg, and taken her advice to heart. She feels that CDW makes it easy to lean in and pursue the projects that are special to her, including her involvement in CDW’s Business Resource Groups to continuously encourage coworkers’ professional development and leadership.
Our Culture is Inclusion

Women hold 30 percent of Director, Vice President or Senior Officer roles at CDW, and that number is only growing.

The Chicago Network, which monitors the progress of women as top earners in Chicago companies, recognizes CDW as a Top 5 Performer.

Each of CDW's 12 Business Resource Groups offer unique mentoring opportunities, like the Women’s Opportunity Network’s mentoring “speed dating” with CDW leadership.
Let’s work together to achieve a better
way forward in the IT industry.
