A Day in the Life with Nagaraj Ethirajulu

7:00 a.m. I start my day bright and early at 7 AM. Then I check my emails to stay on top of things in my business unit, which operates around the clock. After that, I drop off my daughter at her school bus. It's always a special moment to see her off with a smiling face, ready to take on the day.
7:30 a.m. I exercise for close to an hour, followed by breakfast that nourishes my body and fuels me with energy for the day ahead.
9:00 a.m. I kick off my day by responding to my email. If there are any follow-ups with my managers, I eagerly engage in lively conversation with them from my cozy home office.
11:00 a.m. As Bangalore is known for its traffic, I prefer to travel after peak hours to the office. A peaceful one-hour drive from my residence.
12:30 p.m. I connect with my team at the office to ensure everything is going well with respect to IT Infrastructure services. As we manage multi-customer environment, we always thrive for best customer satisfaction and stay on top of deliverables. Being actively involved brings me joy as we work together towards our goals.
1:30 p.m. I love having lunch with my teams. We often take a pleasant walk to a nearby food court, adding to the delight of our lunchtime experience.
2:30 p.m. During this time, I have my individual & team connects which helps me understand on what’s going well and areas for improvement. Then, we work on any pending items which need our attention.
4:00 p.m. I take a quick coffee break and prepare for our meetings with US Managed Services leadership.
5:30 p.m. My first meeting begins with our US team, followed by a few others. We will discuss the current projects and their status, any updates, and what our next steps should be.
7:30 p.m. During this time, I usually commute an hour from the office to my home. I often use this time to listen to music or relax while driving. It helps me reflect on my day's events and plan for the next day.
9:00 p.m. Upon reaching home, I spend quality time with my kids.
9:30 p.m. I usually eat dinner at this time. I like to take my time and enjoy my meal.
11:00 p.m. I check my emails once again before going to bed. I know I should be winding down, but I can't help but feel that I might be missing something important. I take a quick look before I finally rest for the night.
