Career Journey with Hardeep Singh
Meet Hardeep Singh, Senior Manager, Sales Analytics at CDW! Before embarking on his inspirational journey with CDW, Hardeep started working at Berbee in April 2006 as a Microsoft Engineer. Then, when CDW acquired Berbee a few months later, Hardeep officially became a coworker.
As a Microsoft Engineer with CDW, Hardeep was responsible for supporting the sales team, delivering onsite customer projects and supporting coworkers. In 2008, he was promoted to Technical Lead of Microsoft Worker Information Services, where he delivered leading-edge IT solutions around Microsoft technologies, mentored junior leaders and took on new technical leadership responsibilities.
Over the course of his 16-year journey with CDW, Hardeep progressed into multiple leadership roles — from Professional Services Manager to Senior Manager. “I feel successful when I see a creative solution implemented correctly and solve a problem in a timely manner,” said Hardeep.
One word to describe CDW? “Progress," shared Hardeep.
In his current role as Senior Manager, Sales Analytics, Hardeep delivers data-driven analytics, manages internal customer relationships and helps leaders make informed decisions throughout the sales process. Hardeep also leverages his expert leadership skills to manage his team of coworkers, project managers and contractors.
“Each role offered challenges and opportunities to learn new skills as well as kept it exciting/interesting to move ahead in my career,” shared Hardeep. By learning advanced technical and leadership skills in different roles, Hardeep was able to grow professionally, collaborate with different teams and explore multiple segments within CDW.
“CDW’s diverse and professional environment has been very helpful and supportive in pursuing the next career opportunity,” said Hardeep, who utilized technical seminars, coworker resources and tuition support from CDW to earn his MBA from the University of Phoenix. “CDW supported me in every step of the way by offering great opportunities and support from my peers and leaders.”
