A Week-Long Student Work Experience Opportunity
At CDW UK, we recognise the value of investing in the development and progression of early career individuals and are excited to bring Work Experience to potential future talent. This year, we’ll be in Peterborough, London and Manchester, expanding opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the tech industry.
During the week-long experience, participating students will rotate through various teams at CDW, gaining insights and engaging in activities that reveal how they integrate with other departments and the broader business. By the end of the week, students develop a deeper understanding of CDW's operations and the essential roles that keep the business running smoothly.
What does the week with CDW look like?
Students will gain insights and mentoring from our industry experts, take part in a project, and develop key skills like communication, problem-solving, teamwork and presentation skills to help students kick start their careers.
In addition to 1:1 mentoring, interactive sessions with CDW teams and leaders, a tech-based challenge will provide an opportunity to translate learnings into action.
What outcomes can I expect?
Industry Insight: Gain a clear understanding of the tech sales industry and explore a variety of roles, both technical and non-technical.
Personalised Mentorship: Receive valuable career advice through 1:1 mentoring, equipping individuals with the knowledge and confidence for the next steps in their educational and professional journey.
